- Avacado, mango, spinach, broccoli sprouts

Rainbow Whole Foods, our local health food co-op, uses this as the base for their house dressing, which is very good. You can buy their dressing – find it in the deli case.

lettuce, tomato, red pepper, cucumber, broccoli sprouts, raw corn, red onion, raw pumpkin seed, lecithin, gray salt, flaxseed and olive oils, green onion, juice of half a small lime for dressing. Oh, yum!
RECIPE: Into a mini-food processor, I put a handfull of raw organic cranberries, 4 sections of organic red grapefruit, 1/2 tsp. flaxseed oil, 1/4 tsp. olive oil. Processed until all chopped fine. In a salad bowl, I put sweet butter lettuce (my favorite), 1 green onion chopped, 1/2 avacado in chunks, little sprinkle of gray salt; then I poured the cranberry, grapefruit dressing over it. YUM! This would also be good with baby spinach and a few raw walnuts, pumpkin seeds, or sunflower seeds.

Cranberry-Grapefruit Relish Salad
I’ve been trying to eat one whole avacado each day. Usually eat half at lunch and half at dinner. I LOVE sandwiches, have since I was a child. I get tired of salads, so I put them on a sandwich. I only use sprouted gain bread, preferring the Food for Life brand. Here are a few of my “salad sandwiches”.

I’ve eaten a lot of pizzas lately, too. I use Ezekiel Bread pita for the crust. Most of the time, I use an organic pizza sauce or raw tomatoes whizzed in the food processor with herbs. For these, I used a sugar-free organic ketchup I bought that ended up not tasting anything like ketchup, but it made a good pizza sauce. A little sprinkle of soy parmesan cheese, then pile on the raw veggies. I’ve used red onions, red peppers, chopped broccoli, sliced/chopped tomatoes, chopped spinach leaves, with a sprinkle of a raw milk cheese. I want to make some raw nut milk cheese. I heat the pizza just until the cheese melts. These were WONDERFUL!
